THE POSITION

We are looking for an experienced and aware Digital Content Manager, responsible for management of the end product / process and strategic integration of digital content / assets / messages across digital platforms, channels and their appropriate Customer segment audiences. Acting upon a deep understanding of Customer needs and engagement preferences, the Content Manager shall contribute significantly to BI’s ambition to attain a superior level of Customer Centricity.

Tasks & responsibilities

• The objective is to enable Customers to access relevant information according to their specific needs at the time and via the channel that is most appropriate to them.
• Responsible to oversee the strategy, process and creation of content for all digital channels including, but not limited to Digital Detail Aids, Email, Web, Online Education, Videos, and Webinars.
• Leadership and strategic capability to work with Marketing/Medical/Sales/Commercial Operations/Sourcing/3rd parties across all therapeutic areas.
• The content Manager should improve effectiveness of digital assets by aligning with global strategies (ICE/GTM), focusing on resources and local needs, working closely with Global Digital Excellence and GTM teams to streamline and maximize content strategies and impact.
• Strong contribution to the Integrated Customer Plan (ICP) by helping brand teams maximize the relevance and impact of content / messages and by managing digital content delivery in a timely and cost-effective way.
• Should be able to track insights and learnings of content performance and pro-actively suggest content / assets / message development across platforms, channels and their appropriate Customer segment audiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital content concepts, tagging and asset management having demonstrated:

o Deep experience in digital production and content best practices
o Advanced experience with content tagging and measurement strategies
o Clear understanding of eMLR processes and regulatory considerations in pharma or other highly regulated industries

• Experience in digital and multi-channel marketing creating superior Customer Experiences
• Full familiarity with digital and non-digital Content production processes
• Proven experience working with content and digital agencies
• Advanced knowledge of websites and digital analysis
• Experience in coordinating and driving cross-functional teams and maintaining a cross-functional forward-looking Content editorial plan
• Understanding of Veeva, Veeva promoMats, Veeva for Medical, Salesforce.com, SEO, Analytics platforms, Adobe Marketing cloud suites or similar. Intermediate knowledge of Social media and video is a plus
• Prior experience in digital / multimedia agency for content creation in highly regulated markets such as pharma is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree
