Job Summary:      Looking for a Personal Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Maintain and coordinate calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings as well as travel arrangements
• Efficiently prioritize and manage conflicting demands, deadlines as well as time-sensitive tasks
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails as well as written correspondence
• Prepare, proofread and edit documents, letters as well as presentations
• Screen and redirect calls, taking accurate messages and ensuring timely follow-up
• Prepare meeting agendas, materials as well as presentations
• Attend meetings, take accurate minutes and follow up on action items as required
• Arrange and coordinate domestic as well as international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and transportation as may be required
• Maintain confidential records, files and databases in an organized and secure manner
• Conduct research, gather information and compile reports as requested
• Assist in preparing budgets, tracking expenses as well as processing invoices
• Conduct general administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, filing as well as office supply management
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
• Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Should have a Degree in Business Administration or a related course
• Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role required
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in using office productivity software
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Must be flexible to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
