Are you an experienced primary developer of Salesforce, having strong knowledge of Salesforce? Then you are the one we are looking for.

The role holder is responsible for developing, maintaining, and documenting all systems/solutions in line with the enterprise architecture, operational procedures, work package specifications, business and performance requirements. The role holder is also responsible for collaborating with the project management team and the Application Delivery leads in analysing requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints and other ongoing initiatives. Should be a good Team Player

Key Responsibilities

• Perform software development lifecycle tasks, including component analysis, design, and develop, testing and perform customizations as well as add-on components to existing software and on off the-shelf packages to align functionality to requirements.
• Analyse user system and application needs, determine and evaluate potential solutions, develop system specifications and requirements, and design application programs to meet the requirements.
• Work closely with Enterprise Architect, Technical Lead, Senior Manager, Applications Delivery, Business Analysts and Project Managers to ensure adequate comprehension of requirements and application acceptance criteria.
• Produce detailed design and technical documentation as per established standards, as well as data maps and business process models as required to ensure adequate documentation that facilitates easy reference.
• Engage in peer code review and design sessions to ensure reliability, maintainability and performance at all tiers in the application.
• Evaluate 3rd party software for integration into business support systems and portals.
• Contribute to the broad functional and technical expertise throughout the Department in the design and development efforts, including but not limited to architectural direction, user interface, user experience leadership, standards and applications development, best practices and resources.
• Responsible for ensuring adherence of all deliverables to appropriate standards and quality levels.
• Prepare technical design options; consult with hardware and software technicians on options and strategies.
• Evaluates the impact of new technology integration, upgrades, customization etc. on resource requirements, hardware and software requirements, costs, and return on IT investments and monitors the efficiency of applications with periodic checkpoints and value measurements.
• Contribute to providing estimates tasks required to complete various development projects including time, resource etc.
• Performs any other related task as directed by Management
• Conduct independent formulation, implementation of extensive unit testing as well as participating in integration testing and assume responsibility for quality of developed software.
• Assist users in day-to-day activities, data reconciliation, functional training and problem resolution to minimize the impact of application related service outage
• Proactively analyse the current information technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and opportunities and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Keep abreast of major application, technologies as well as a working knowledge of major operating systems scripting/shell languages and continually update on development tools, technology platforms and agile delivery methods.
• Develop new reports based on business users’ requirements

Required Skills:

• 5+ year’s development experience with Salesforce platform and data modelling.
• Sales Force Certification – PD II with experience in lightning
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community).
• Ability to communicate with customers and provide technical explanations on Salesforce solutions.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions.
• Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements.
• Extensive experience configuring, managing, and extending Salesforce with past full administrative responsibility for a significant Org supporting multiple sales teams.
• Strong ability to work with data: understanding of data structures and data modelling, SOQL, SQL, data import/export/migration/enrichment, reporting, and visualization.

Salary: 14k AED – 17k AED /Month
