Blue Hat HR Services Hiring for Recruiter Job at Dubai Full Time

This is a midlevel remote-based role. The role involves working with recruitment coordinator, candidates and recruitment manager. If you are an energetic, pro-active adn looking for challenges then you are the one we are looking for. You would be working for an international recruitment firm based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Studying requirements of a job.
• Preparing interview questionnaire.
• Interviewing candidates through MS Teams / Zoom.
• Coordinate with Recruitment coordinators / Recruitment managers.
• Update Evaluation sheets.
• Correspond in emails / WhatsApp with the stakeholders
• Sending status reports regularly to MD.

Required Qualification / Skills / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a recruiter.
• Fluent in English a must.
• Be smart, accurate and pro-active.
• Be perfect on timing.
• Communicate flawlessly with all the individuals.
• Prior remote work experience.
• Proficient in LinkedIn.
• Must be able to contribute 20 hours a week.
