Do you have experience in leasing retail, offices and residential properties in the UAE, speak Arabic, energetic with proactive mindset, then you are the one we are looking for? Your main role would be maintaining lease records and updating the lease activities in a database. You will be in contact with tenants and you will have to ensure the accuracy of documents and financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that documents required are completed (Booking Form, Tenant Information, Valid Passport Copy with Visa Page Residence, Emirates ID, Trade license copy for Corporate
- Booking, Power of Attorney for Authorize Signatory, as well as co occupant’s documents.
- Explain terms and policies in lease agreements.
- Used Database programs Such as Microsoft Access.
- Assist Manager with weekly reports, move-out inventory and market surveys.
- Accept, deposit and post all monies (rent, damage payments, security deposits, clubhouse rental, etc.)
- Assisted customer inquiries daily to insure excellent customer service
- Create and type renewal letters, post rent payments, follow up with prospect guess cards.
- Operated POS system, maintained register, and prepared deposits.
- Exceeded expectations of residents, Assistant and Property Management.
- Prepare LAF for higher management signature.
- Prepare lease agreement contract as per the approved Leasing Approval Form.
- Informing Finance Dept. about expected tenant’s payment transfer; confirm payment clearance of tenants upon handover of properties.
- Responsible for move out process of non-renewal and early termination leases.
- Maintaining all lease file systems, both in paper format and electronically that may be easily accessed by the team.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence such as memos and letters.
- Monitor key register of all the rental properties.
- Send monthly renewal/non-renewal notices (90 days prior to expiry)
- Check RERA calculator for applicable rental increase
Skills Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Must be an Arabic speaker.
- Fluent in English.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in leasing real estate properties in Dubai
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
- Have excellent computer skills.

Salary: AED 6000 -7500 AED/ Month
