Key Responsibilities
- Must be able to set equipment trends to monitor energy consumption in company.
- Train other HVAC Technicians and staff in preventative maintenance, repair and care of HVAC systems.
- Motivate employees to become better at their jobs and research professional development opportunities for your staff.
- Assist Director in yearly performance evaluations of employees and meet with each employee quarterly to help keep them on task.
- Assist with construction/remodel plan review of upcoming projects of the HVAC systems.
- Ensure all staff that is assigned to you company.
- Ensure that premises have proper coverage while minimizing overtime. Follow through with technicians to verify work has been completed and work orders are closed out properly.
- Document employee activities for job performance tracking.
- Recognize, report, and correct potential safety hazards
- Complete responsibility of HVAC and cooling systems.
- Ongoing involvement in preventative maintenance programs
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
- Work with management team to identify and accomplish all technical and skilled related projects
Required Skills:
- Must have 5+ years direct experience in HVAC maintenance and installation.
- Must be proficient with the Preventative maintenance and work orders.
- Highly motivated leadership attitudes with strong initiative and desire for achievement
- Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
- Ability to complete work orders on a timely basis
- Ability and willingness to respond to emergency situations on short notice
- Must be able to speak English fluently. Speaking Arabic speaker, a plus.
- Selling skill would be an added advantage to this role.

Salary: 5K – 6.5 K AED/Month
