We are looking for an IT LEAD AUDITOR (IT Service Management) for a Information Technology Service company.
Candidate should have experience in IT Service Management, Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer Also, must have experience in ITIL, SLA Management, Incident Management, Change Catalog, Change Management, Capacity Management etc. If you meet these skill sets, then you are one we are looking for.

Key Responsibilities

• As part of the Technology audit team, you will engage in multiple audits and assurance reviews. The reviews focus on the assessment and/or evaluation of Information Technology (IT) systems and the mitigation of IT-related business risks
• To produce effective and accurate IT audit findings and recommendations to remediate the control weaknesses and improve the overall maturity of the development and IT processes.
• To be part of Development of ITSM processes especially SLA Charter, Incident Catalog, Service Catalog, Change Catalog.
• To be part of Development of ITSM processes Event Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Capacity Management, LA Management.
• Document and Report findings & recommendations in an audit report in a concise easily understood manner to relevant parties, with supporting documentation and evidences to back up the findings.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and present results in front of others and manage difficult conversations.

Skills Requirements

• A Bachelor degree in any stream.
• Must be certified in ISO20000 Lead Auditor or ISO20000 Lea Implementer.
• At least10 Year Experience in ISO 20000 LA or LI or an ITIL expert
• Ability to stay calm set process and routines for overall control on Departmental functions and reports.
• Team worker who can use own initiative and create effective working relationships. Constantly strive to bring automation into process.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)

Job Location: Riyadh

Salary: AED 20000

Type of Employment: Temporary / Contract (3 months)
