Key Responsibilities
· Ocean Freighting – Export, Import and X-Trade Sales (both FCL & LCL)
· Air Freighting – Export, Import and X-Trade Sales
· Warehousing & Distribution
· Customs Clearance & Transportation – Both Export and Import for Ocean and Air shipments.
· Break Bulk / ODC shipments
· Increasing revenue through retention of customers as well as add new clientele in the portfolio.
· Pro-active customer handling with timely renewal of rates, follow up for repeat business, un-earth potential business to get on-board and collecting payment on time.
· Effectively identify, communicate and voice customer’s needs by actively engaging with internal teams (Customer service, Pricing, Operations, Finance, Management etc…) to resolve challenges, improve products offering and increase customer satisfaction.
· Focusing on revenue optimization and meeting overall targets by offering all products to the customers but largely through Ocean and Air Freighting services.
· Gain and maintain access to decision makers via a disciplined and structured prospecting regimen, including cold calling, networking, attending tradeshows and social media.
· Explain products or services and answer questions from customers.
· Take the lead in negotiating and closing deals by uncovering and addressing objections/ concerns from the customer.
· Accurately track growth opportunities through a customer relation management CRM tool.
· Research leads, qualify prospects and spend a significant amount of time prospecting for new clients via phone, email or in person.
· Work closely with other team members to draft Request for Proposals (RFPs) and ensure clients receive it by a specific date.
· Negotiate pricing and contract terms with new clients and work closely with other cross functional departments to review, edit and finalize contracts.
· Develop contact and strategic account plans in conjunction with other cross functional teams.
· Develop strategic territory plans which include the identification of high to medium potential accounts.
Required Skills:
· Minimum of 3 years’ UAE experience either in air freight or sea freight or road freight or break-bulk cargo segments.
· Must have a UAE driving License.
· Must be able to generate a GOP of 3.5 times of the salary.
· Excellent listening and verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong negotiation and sales skills.
· Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and ability to take initiative.
· Computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
· Ability to work independently and under pressure while representing the company in a professional manner.
· Must have knowledge of social media and digital media.
Job Location: Dubai / Sharjah / Abu Dhabi (for 3 locations)

Salary: AED 8000 – 12000 AED/ Month (negotiable)
