Qualification:

  • Bachelors Degree in any discipline
  • Any professional qualification will be an added advantage

Required Skill Set:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiar with various vendors in UAE
  • Well networked in UAE
  • Knowledge of PRO work and local Laws.

Required Industry Experience:

  • Experience in Office administration for more than 3 year
  • Experience in handling the team at multiple office locations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure general management of the head office and branch offices.
  • Providing administrative assistance and ensuring running and maintenance of offices
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • To perform any work related to offices functioning

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
