Job Title: E-commerce Web Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior-Mid level Ecommerce web admin with a minimum of 1-2yrs of experience. We are a group of companies based in the United Kingdom and Dubai. The job will be based in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate is required to execute the daily admin tasks for our e-commerce websites across different platforms. The workflow is truly fast-paced, the ideal candidate is expected to work under strict deadlines.

Job Description:

· Responsible for monitoring and processing the online orders in various seller accounts.

· Responsible for launching the new products, mapping them to the correct categories, and uploading their images and all the relevant product information.

· Responsible for allocating the stock for all the back orders in the ERP system (MS NAV).

· Should be able to work with the graphic designing team to upload the newly edited images.

· Should be able to promptly reply to the customer’s inquiries and tickets for various seller’s accounts.

· Responsible for updating the products detail as per changing business requirements in ERP and seller accounts.

· Should be able to complete all the administrative work assigned by the management.

· Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for various seller accounts.

· Basic understanding of frontend languages (HTML, CSS)

· Basic understanding of SEO.

Software Skills:

· Must be pro in MS office suite

· Reporting skills.

· MS NAV prior experience will be an advantage.

· Must be organized and disciplined.

· Self-starter & highly motivated

Education

· Bachelor’s Degree

Verbal skills:

· Must be fluent in English (Written & Spoken)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,500.00 per month
