This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a creative and experienced team – with a purpose! You will report directly to the Head of Sales UAE and you will need to travel across Dubai to be present at all locations around Dubai.
A UAE driving license and access to a car is required for this role.
You must feel comfortable in a child centric environment with a passion for early year’s education.
We are looking for an optimistic, positive, curious, energetic, committed professional with a strong collaborative mindset, who will go the extra miles to overachieve results.
Position Summary
1. Enhance and optimize our consumer journey to ensure excellence at all touchpoints.
2. Focus on Lead generation/optimize Sale & conversion rate/look for new Business opportunities with a comprehensive approach.
3. Ensure efficiency of the new sales organization, while supporting the Center directors especially during the Covid period. Lead on transversal key projects across the division (Social Media, Teacher coaching, Nursery opportunities…) and upscale Team skills.
4. Ensure 100% Data’s accuracy with our daily reporting. Follow up KPIs, achievements vs Targets, analyze performance of each center and share recommendations to Top Management.
