Junior Operations Manager – Fleet

Blacklane is looking for an awesome (Junior) Operations Manager – Fleet to join the Dubai team.

If you’re a data-oriented individual with a bumping heart for day-to-day operations and problem solving, then we’d love to set up a call. Your challenge is to build and implement solutions to tackle the (pre-booked) dispatching of our dedicated fleet in Dubai, where we currently reinvent chauffeuring by launching a service that is unrivaled and has never been seen in Dubai before.

Moreover, you’ll be joining a great international team of highly talented people who are more than eager to welcome you onboard!

YOUR CHALLENGES:

• You will support the Operations Control team on both operational and strategic work
• You will support the dispatching journey of our dedicated fleet in Dubai
• You will be collaborating with our internal crew of Dispatchers across the world
• You will develop new dispatching techniques and approaches, in order to find the best rides to utilize our vehicles
• You will give input to enhance the dispatching experience in other markets across the Blacklane network
• You will support analyzing relevant ride data and implement process adjustments to optimize both utilization and fulfillment
• You will be the point of contact for our internal stakeholders to improve our internal and external systems
• You will support our local Operations Team in order to achieve Operational Excellence
• You will develop and own relationships with internal stakeholders across the Blacklane network

ABOUT YOU

• 1-3 years experience in the travel industry, operations or similar role in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient in dispatching
• You know Dubai by heart
• Passion for problem solving with creative solutions.
• An eye for operational efficiency.
• Analytical skills and strategic mindset.
• Experience solving supplier and customer issues.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
