Black & White Engineering Hiring for Bid Proposal Manager Job at Dubai Full Time

We are currently seeking to appoint a Bid Proposal Manager to join our global team based out of our Dubai office. This role is to provide administrative support to the senior engineering team in the commercial management of major business opportunities, along with maintaining and growing profitable key accounts.

Candidates should secure a potentially profitable work stream for the business by ensuring that bids are prepared in a timely manner, are attractive to our customers, and meet the company’s requirements.

Candidates should have minimum 5 years of post-graduate Bid Proposal experience and be currently based in the UAE and willing to work in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and oversee all aspects of bid preparation which includes the co-ordination of incoming bid requests and proposal responses.
• Review customer requirements
• Regular bid follow-up
• Contract co-ordination with relevant parties
• Project log / Fee proposal log management
• Completion of client pre-qualifications
• Liaison with international offices and tracking opportunities between regions

Skill Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Management, Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• Must have excellent oral and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft packages (Indesign would be a plus)
• Experience in similar role with a demonstrated track record of success
• Exposure to Business Development is preferred.
• Preference for candidate to have experience in completion of prequalifications/framework agreements, liaison with sub-consultant partners covering specialist scope etc.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) and demonstrated ability to manage professional relationships across a variety of stakeholder groups.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks while sticking to deadlines.
• Track opportunities and follow up all submissions.
• Develop winning bidding strategies.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not necessary.
