Full Job Description

Our client is a reputed Food & Beverage
manufacturing company in the FMCG industry with multiple brands
under its name with a diversified portfolio across the GCC region.
They are looking to hire a Category Development/ Trade Marketing
Manager for one of their division dealing with
confectionery.

• Develop the yearly
  marketing activity plans for the categories.
• Manage the
  P&L of the categories.

• Be the right brand
  ambassador who drives equity, awareness, and off-take.
• Responsibility for the P&L of the categories.
• Market analysis and product launches.
• Monitoring the marketing activity’s performance and measuring
  the success of campaigns.

• Developing
  reports.

• Developing consumer packaging and
  promotional packaging.

• Managing category
  budgets.

• Organizing events such as product
  launches, exhibitions, and product shoots.

• Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market
  strategies

Requirements

To be
considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant GCC experience
  (preferably with trade marketing and sales knowledge in FMCG).
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and
  communicate recommendations to executives.

• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising
  effective campaigns.

• Excellent understanding of the
  full marketing mix.

• Outstanding communication
  skills.

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and
  marketing best practices.

• Degree in marketing or a
  related field.

• Should have strong expertise in
  Confectionery/ Salted snacks.
• Excellent portfolio in
  Brand Management.
