Our client, a well-known organization in Abu Dhabi, is currently looking for a Copywriter/Editor (English). Our ideal candidate is team-spirited, skilled, and imaginative writer with an eye for detail. If you can grasp project requirements quickly and offer valuable insight, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice.
- Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements.
- Write, edit, and proofread content for style, accuracy, and length prior to submission to the Senior Manager
- Assist the Senior Manage – to release approved content for printing and electronic production.
- Assist the Senior Manager to liaise with contracted designers regarding approved specifications to ensure the quality of the printed product.
- If requested, work with local & international service providers (PR & Advertising agencies,
- Publishing Houses, Graphic Designers, Web Developers, etc)
- Perform other tasks related as they arise and as delegated by the Senior Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in mass communication / Journalism or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in copywriting in a public/private sector
- Organization in the art and culture industry
- Proven experience as a copywriter or related role
- Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience with SEO
- Strong research skills
- Creativity
- Collaborative spirit
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
