Supply Chain Management (SCM) ExecutiveJob Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Management Executive. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT products, market dynamics, vendor relationships, route planning, warehousing, and effective collaboration between departments. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex logistics in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Market Knowledge:Stay abreast of market trends, demand patterns, and industry developments related to IT products.Analyze market data to make informed decisions regarding procurement, inventory levels, and distribution strategiesVendor Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with IT product vendors.Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and agreements with vendors to optimize supply chain efficiency.Regularly assess vendor performance and address any issues or concerns.Route Planning:Develop and implement efficient route planning strategies for product distribution.Optimize transportation costs while ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.Warehousing:Oversee warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory management.Implement best practices for warehouse organization, stock rotation, and order fulfillment.Work closely with the warehouse team to minimize errors and improve overall efficiency.Inter-Department Collaboration:Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to streamline communication and information flow.Work closely with sales teams to forecast demand and coordinate inventory levels accordingly.Ensure seamless coordination between departments to meet customer demands efficiently.Customer-Vendor Interaction:Serve as a key point of contact between customers and vendors to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in the supply chain process.Data Analysis:Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the effectiveness of supply chain processes.Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement in supply chain operations.Experience & Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven minimum 5 years experience in supply chain management, preferably in the IT industry.Strong understanding of IT products and market dynamics.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficient in route planning and warehouse management systems.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively across departments.If you possess the necessary skills and experience to excel in this role, we invite you to apply by submitting your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant qualifications.Please submit your CV on [email protected]
