Digital Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Directly oversee digital operations in 6 GCC countries’ websites
• Compiling data and reports that support digital decision-making processes
• Controlling D2C inbound and outbound stock flow and highlight discrepancies
• Monitoring performance of last mile delivery partner and resolve relevant matters
• Securing information flow between systems to maximize order delivery success rate
• Managing payment gateway in terms of monitoring refunds and payment topics
• Monitoring customer service and supporting customer feedback resolutions
• Coordinating effectively between internal functions such as: marketing, finance, and logistics
• Working across internal and external stakeholders to manage day to day operational tasks

YOUR PROFILE

• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce digital operations and product management
• Analytics and web-based monitoring tools experience is critical
• Broad understanding of core web shop technology and digital business processes
• Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operation processes and last mile services
• Ability to forge strong working relationships with the cross-functional teams across the organization
• Fluency in Arabic language is essential
