Responsibilities:

• Support the project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative, and functional design and explore alternate designs.
• Work to achieve project BIM goals and understand client requirements.
• Communication with Client, Project manager, Team members, and project Stakeholders.
• Complying with the company, and project quality standards and performing well under low supervision are desirable.

Requirements

Desired Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited architectural program with a minimum Bachelor of Architecture degree (preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Architecture.
• Strong skills in Revit Modelling, Documentation, Content development, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation
• Middle East experience with BIM processes and ISO 19650 is desired,
• General understanding of codes, building systems, components, and construction methods
• Strong communication and project organizational skills.
• Working in a team, problem-solving, and self-learning attitude.
• Ability to control the project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative, and functional design and explore alternate designs.

Preferred Software Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of Revit experience is Mandatory
• Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Synchro 4D, and CAD applications
• Experienced with CDE and Autodesk Collaborate Pro (BIM 360 design) preferable
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
