Job Summary
Seeking a licensed Bilingual Psychologist (Arabic & English) with strong managerial and supervisory experience. Must be fluent in Arabic and English, and skilled in both client care and team leadership. The position requires guiding and overseeing a team to deliver support and results. Above all the candidate should be passionate working with SEN childen in a multicultural enviroment. We are seeking somone who emobodies empathy and compassion, someone who has the ability to understand and support children’s emotional and mental needs, particularly those with SEN.

Strong Communication Skills – Clear, effective communication with clients, families, and staff, especially in a bilingual setting.
Diagnostic and Assessment Skills – Proficiency in assessing developmental, cognitive, and emotional needs accurately.
Therapeutic Skills – Skilled in a range of evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, play therapy, behavioral interventions) suited to children.
Leadership and Supervisory Abilities – Experience guiding and mentoring a team, with strong organizational and management skills.
Problem-Solving and Adaptability – Ability to create tailored strategies for diverse needs, including complex cases with SEN.. Cultural Sensitivity – Awareness of cultural influences and sensitivity in diverse environments, especially important in bilingual roles.
Patience and Resilience – Essential for working with children, particularly those with SEN, who may need extra time and understanding.
