Key Responsibility:

· Responsible for ensuring internal controls & financial discipline and overall profitability of the business through margin realization, driving cost control measures and optimum working capital utilization

Job Description:

· Accountable for accuracy of AP,AR and GL scrutiny

· Responsible for receiving and reviewing customers’ P&L

· Ensure that the company’s assets are reflected in the financial records at their true and fair value and to make necessary provisions for the same

· Ensure accounting records in Oracle/Netsuite are maintained as per IFRS

· Ensure strict discipline in timely closure of accounts at month/year end

· Review the commercial terms and agreements and conduct a feasibility study pertaining to new businesses/projects.

· Highlight any areas of concern

· Approval of expense claims and payments to suppliers

· Authorization of all vouchers spends based on the profitability as per the agreed parameters

· Efficient relationship building and maintaining with banks, suppliers, supply chain for LCs

· Monitoring the company working capital and ensuing it is in line with the allocated budgets

· Effective Treasury Management

The Successful Applicant

· The successful candidate must have above 7 years’ experience in finance & accounting in Food Service/F&B/FMCG Distribution Company

· You must have gained experience in a developed market place / multinational organization.

· It is essential that you hold a College Degree in Finance with a financial certification preferably (CFP, CFA). Having UAE Driving License is an advantage.
