Role Purpose

The Junior Retoucher is responsible for retouching images in order to ensure a high quality finish is uploaded to the website within agreed business time frames.

Responsibilities

· Ensure the retouch work adheres to our internal retouch guidelines.

· Support with the implementation of new technologies and software to increase productivity.

· Take on additional projects on ad-hoc basis where required.

· Reduce image editing workloads and production reshoots.

· Reduce post-production turnaround time.

· Increase quality and consistency across all images.

· Create engaging content across all platforms and mediums.

· Ensure a consistent and high-end retouching is delivered across all campaigns.

Qualifications

· 1+ years of experience in post-production and / or high-end retouching for e-commerce.

· Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to change priorities quickly and accept change with a positive “can do” attitude.

· Work as a team player.

· React quickly to tight deadlines and projects.

· Strong relationship builder with wider teams.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Experience in a high volume, high production, operations environment; as well, as in digital asset and file management.
