Beverage Operations Specialist Job DescriptionAt Doors Freestyle Grill, we are seeking a highly skilled Beverage Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of service and quality in our beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team. Key responsibilities include:Key Responsibilities:Ability to perform well under pressure with multitasking and good teamwork.Maintain accurate records and report levels of usage stored properly.Learn about menu items and memorize and develop new mocktail recipes.Interact with guests and colleagues in a courteous, friendly, open, and honest manner.Consistently maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance and wear the appropriate uniform.Minimize operating costs by using all equipment and products in accordance with company guidelines.Maintain the bar area to perfection by removing trash, cleaning bar surfaces, glasses, utensils, and equipment.Requirements and Skills:Teamwork and good communication skills.Ability to learn and develop.Patience and politeness with customers and colleagues.Excellent presentation skills.Active listening and effective communication skills.Flexibility to work in shifts.Qualifications:At least 03 years of experience in the same role.Club/Restaurant group experience is mandatory.Number of vacancies: 04.Location: Dubai.Languages: English and Arabic, with other foreign languages being beneficial.Age limit: up to 30 years.Salary Package:AED 2500 to AED 5500 plus attractive incentives
