Brand & Marketing Specialist

Your Role

Your role will focus on creating strategies to improve Beond’s reputation and visibility, as well as designing, implementing, tracking and optimising our marketing campaigns across various channels. You will also support in developing content and marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms and liaising with sales teams and other departments to implement various internal and external communications.

You will:

• Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans
• Undertake competitor research and analyses
• Conduct market research to establish customer trends and habits, find ways to grow audience
• Establish goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking.
• Promote brand awareness through marketing efforts
• Give direction for product, web design, marketing copy, logos, advertisements and visuals
• Create marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms
• Develop engaging content for various channels
• Manage content and information sharing between departments
• Support the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimisation, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning
• Assist with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
• Perform other duties when needed

Your Profile:

You are a highly motivated individual, pro-active, and knowledgeable about the most recent marketing tools and strategies. You will responsible for maintaining the brand image of Beond. You will ensure that marketing campaigns are executed and tracked.

Ideally, you have

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Demonstrable track record of campaign management excellence
• 4 – 6 years experience in the related area
• Experience in airline or luxury industry preferred but not mandatory
• Experience building project management processes, project management, and campaign launches
• Experience in writing, creating engaging content
• Knowledge of Trello, email marketing tools such as Netcore, and other social media monitoring tools
• Excellent understanding of graphic applications, image/media files, web media/interactive marketing, etc
• Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment
• Have a positive attitude with a desire to go above and beyond expectations is key to the success of this role
• Professional fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus
