If you work hard, play hard and love to laugh out loud, you are just what we are looking for!Benefit Cosmetics is looking for a savvy, friendly, motivated, and energetic Social Media Executive to join the Middle East team.This position requires to be detail oriented and well-organized, capable of handling multiple priorities and multi-tasking while respecting deadlines.Essential Duties And RequirementsSocial Media:Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts across all our active social media platforms – Instagram, YouTube and TikTok in both Arabic & English. Align with the Digital Marketing Manager on the social media strategy to continue growing our accounts. Schedule and optimize content on all the brand’s social media platforms, predominantly in Arabic. Handle community management and moderation across all active social platforms (actively engage with our community on a daily basis). Provide weekly performance updates on social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram and YouTube). Work closely with our in-House TikTok and YouTube Content Creators on content planning and ideas. Manage “Your Spark” regional always-on social campaign by researching, connecting, and briefing experts, KOLs and creators for the needed social media assets. Keep track of our owned social media KPIs and provide a monthly report on overall social media performance with analysis. Monitor competitors’ activity and provide analysis in reports. Knowledge in utilizing social media tools such as HootSuite, Emplifi, etc. Manage giftings for competitions on our social media platforms and special occasions. Manage customer care email on a weekly basis. Develop social posts and captions for e-tailers when requested. Support translation requests by the Global team when requested. Administrative work:Support the suppliers’ management (Purchase Orders, Payment follow-ups, etc.)Track and manage Digital budget for office orders, etc. Ensure all expenses are processed by our accounting team and booked under the right project code and P&L lines. ProfileQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications. 2 years of experience in community management and social media. Strong oral and written communication skills in both Arabic & English. Strong understanding of social media, social media metrics. Analytical skills – ability to draw conclusions from data and give recommendations. Contract type: Permanent Job
