Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behavior Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices, as well as a passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on comprehensive assessments.
Provide direct therapy to clients using evidence-based ABA techniques.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of BIPs.
Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client sessions and interventions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or Master’s degree in Special Education, or a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals with autism using ABA principles.
CDA License or eligibility to obtain CDA Licensure.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
BCaBa, QASP-S, or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience with curriculum such as VB-MAPP, PEAK, and AFLS is highly desirable.
