The Strategic Partnerships Manager will lead major company initiatives in line with the recent market
developments and the strategic plans of Beckman Coulter GCC. The role will entail establishing and building executive level relationships within the different market segments in Saudi.
Strategic Initiatives Management
Anticipate and lead changes in the marketplace with relevant stakeholders
Gather and analyze data and information regarding healthcare reforms in GCC and provide business insights accordingly.
To focus on large initiatives that helps capture market share and support the Strategic Growth Plans for GCC
Establish the needed relationships with the MOH Laboratory Supervision/Directorate
Establish the needed relations with Clusters and position BC as a partner of choice for the MOH Clusters
Engage with ministries & institutes within the region
Work closely with the Commercial team to and KAM to grow share in the Institutional segment
To work on major projects in the growing private segment
Acts as a Project Manager on assigned projects/initiatives and ensures alignment to overall Company objectives and goals.
Supports development and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
Engage in DBS initiatives to drive continuous improvements
Engage with the VRO & the concerned stakeholders to position BC as a supplier of choice for the PPP business model
Liaise with TP Companies, Distributors, contractors, and consultants to maximize participation in turnkey projects
Actively participate in Growth Rooms, Funnel reviews and Opco meetings
Work with the Commercial and KAM teams to drive TLA winning in the Institutional segment

B. Sc. Degree in Medical field
Previous experience in a similar role, or in a business development role
Experience in a Lab environment preferred.
Fluent in English & Arabic
Knowledge of the Saudi market
Strong business acumen and attention to details
Good understanding of Projects’ financials
Ability to work with cross functional teams
Good negotiation skills
Team player with a proven ability to coordinate efforts amongst all stakeholders
