**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign management. This position is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about digital marketing, data analysis, and driving measurable results.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Campaign Management:** Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads and other online platforms.
– **Data Analysis:** Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for improvements. Monitor key metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify areas for optimization.
– **Keyword Research:** Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for paid search campaigns.
– **Content Creation:** Contribute to the creation of engaging ad copies, landing pages, and other marketing materials to enhance campaign performance.
– **Reporting:** Prepare regular reports detailing campaign performance, trends, and key insights. Present findings to the marketing team and make data-driven recommendations.
– **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, content creators, and developers to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
Skills
**Qualifications:**
– Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is a must.
– Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics. (any certifications are a plus)
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
– Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
– Previous internship or coursework related to digital marketing is a bonus.
