Inventory CoordinatorReports to: Assistant Warehouse ManagerJob Purpose:To supervise warehouse Inventory operations based on Navision (WMS) Warehouse Management System. Responsible for Inventory accuracy/Transaction, evaluation of deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.Key Accountabilities:OperationsOversee team of inventory or warehouse team. Communicates with inventory team to meet business goals and address personnel issuesCollaborate with workers and managers to solve Inventory-related problemsMonitor all cycle count programs and ensure consistency and accuracy and identify all operational problems in inventoryMaintain records of all variances according to established procedures and ensure accuracy of all product transfers from one facility to otherEvaluates deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control proceduresPrepare and update all required paperwork for vendor products and ensure accuracy in inventory and resolve any discrepanciesPropose strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain planningMonitor all procurement requests of facilities and ensure accuracy in all inbound inventory and maintain records for sameAdminister all return shipments in case of any shortages and damages and communicate same to concern department.Monitor work of all inventory control personnel and ensure achievement of all objectives and provide constant improvements Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records of all storage locationsTrain employees and staff in all inventory control processes according to manual and update processes Monitor all inventory control processes and documents all procedures to maintain all equipment’s and tools.Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency, and personnel issues to senior managementManage all inventory transactions and provide required feedback to team as requiredHealth and safetyAssure safe working environment and immediately fix any violation to safety regulationsWarehouse maintenance and Housekeeping across the warehouse.Maintaining temperature logs and warehouse housekeepingEnsure compliance of all Quality, Safety requirements as per legal requirements and company policy.Maintains a neat and tidy working environment, free from aisle obstruction, minimizing working hazards and potential risks.Responsible for the safety of all team members, reporting all incidents and accidents immediately to line managers.Exposure to varying temperature storage areas, Frozen, Chiller, Ambient and dry temperatures.
