With an end-to-end approach, they are experts in bridging the gap between vision and reality.Your Mission:Managing, controlling and coordinating of both – project planning and execution of complex and challenging international AV projectsLeading the projects from its preparation, execution to completion (including the entire project organization and processing)Liaising with the client(s) and make necessary action to solve issues pertaining to client’s requirementsContinuously building and maintaining a strong network of clientsParticipating in tender process i.e. design, submission and reviewObservance projects quality, deadline and cost controlTendering, negotiating and awarding of supplier contracts and subcontracting servicesMonitoring all aspects of project management, from project controlling to claim managementEnsure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements on all projectsProvide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisionsManaging and leading multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout.OfficeLocation:Dubai(however, business trips for projects might be part of the job)Your profile:Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.Excellent Project Management experience in EventsExperience in managing large budgets.Existing Network of Clients in the UAE and KSA regionTechnical Knowledge of Audio, Video and Lighting systems and control.Knowledge and experience of current entertainment technology required for large scale Events.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.English language proficiency is a mustFlexible to work based on the requirements of the live event industry.#J-18808-Ljbffr
