EVENT COORDINATION MANAGER

MAIN MISSIONS
Lead the onsite coordination for our clients’ events in France and abroad.
Manage the onsite transport coordinators on events.

MAIN TASKS
Attend some meetings with the customer (briefing, location scouting, follow-up meetings, debriefing…).
Carry out one or more preparatory scouting trips (travel in France and abroad to be planned).
Identify, anticipate and manage the possible constraints and difficulties related to the event and the
destination.
Site check each event venues in order to identify the best onsite coordination solutions.
Make coordination plan and staffing proposals to the Event Project Manager.
Formalize and share with customer and teams the whole event onsite coordination plans.
Brief and manage the onsite coordinators, and its equipment / tools.
Report coordination matters to the Event Project Manager.
Participate in debriefing, including the post-production REX.

group’s activity.

PROFILE
English speaking (+ French and/or another language would be a plus).
Proven international experience of at least 3 years in event transportation.
Onsite transportation management skills.
High mobility, involving availability, flexibility and adaptability.
Leadership and strong sense of team and project management.
Taste for challenge, and very good management of stress and difficulties.
Excellent ability to structure, coordinate, supervise, delegate and make decisions.
Rigor, method, organization and management of priorities.
Strong sales/negotiation skills, ability to propose and find solutions.
Relational skills (oral and written) and a taste for customer contact.
Ability to use computer tools.
