EVENT BACK OFFICE DISPATCHER
MAIN MISSIONS
Manage the event’s services scheduling and allocation.
Be the dedicated contact point for the cars/chauffeurs providers.
Ensure the link between the transport managers and the providers.
Under general supervision, assign drivers to cover required work; schedule and coordinate efficient
and effective school bus transportation for students requiring service; assist in the training and
supervision of drivers; keep necessary records; handle complaints on routing and scheduling; assist and
provide support to Transportation staff; supervises and directs the work of drivers and other staff;
perform other related duties as assigned.
MAIN TASKS
Estimate, schedule and follow up the needed number of chauffeurs / cars for the event.
Monitor the placed bookings (by the Dedicated Transport Managers) in our operating system.
Brief the providers on the jobs’ allocation rules and process.
Train providers to our operating system and activate their logins.
Confirm and allocate the event services (jobs/bookings) to providers, through our operating system, or
other IT/communication tools).
Request and monitor the vehicles and chauffeurs’ assignment to the event services.
Follow up the cars/chauffeurs needs updates (changes, add, cancelation…) with the providers.
Make sure that all drivers have the correct jobs’ details.
Remotely control the good progress of the daily services.
Control the chauffeurs’ working times.

group’s activity.
PROFILE
English speaking (+ French and/or another language would be a plus).
Proven experience of at least 2 years in transportation scheduling / dispatching (ideally for events).
High mobility, involving availability, flexibility and adaptability.
Very good management of stress and difficulties. Solutions finder.
IT and communication tools fluency.
Rigor, method, organization and management of priorities.
Ability to use computer tools.
