Partner with the best
This role is responsible for the supply chain strategy for Bently Nevada, reporting to the Global Supply Chain leader for strong alignment of the overall Bently Nevada supply chain success.
As a Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overall supply chain strategy development for long-term success including projects such as determining alternate manufacturing sites, capacity growth reviews, etc.
- Managing operation, business, unit, or multiple production facilities to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery, and safety.
- Giving input to business programs of an encompassing part of a function or a business unit and to midterm plan.
- Oversight for project shops in the Eastern Hemisphere to ensure delivery according to plan with no quality issues.
- Highlight gaps and risks in production plan and mitigate them before they are realized.
- Validate that project teams are properly staffed.
- Ensure the methods, sequences, and procedures necessary for work completion are handled properly.
- Work closely with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and finance to ensure projects are completed as per plan.
- Promote and drive LEAN into the local process.
- Ensure product quality is acceptable to meet manufacturing production levels and quality objectives.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Operation Management.
