Region Lead Contract Manager – Oilfield Services

You will prepare proposals/bids, be part of contract negotiation and manage handover of contract to execution teams. Comply with bid process commitments, coordinate internal departments, control commercial risk assessment, contribute to sales plan in a specific region and define sales strategy for targeted clients.
As a Region Lead Contract Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Contract(s).
- Ensuring full Contract/Risk info are handover during internal transfer (OFS OTR Process) from Commercial to Execution Project team.
- Working in collaboration with the product lines to administer and ensure adherence to contract policies applicable to performance
- Leading Contract Change Order management in deal machine to manage the contract activity log to track status and deviation through contract execution by collaborating with the product lines teams.
- Maintaining contract management documentation and electronic files, including contemporaneously obtaining and filing back-up documentation for delays, claims, back-charges and rejections.
- Preparing claims for various issues, including extension of time, corresponding financial losses escalations, loss of productivity, deviations from tender document, execution of additional items and project acceleration
- Leading all contractual communication with the customer, in collaboration with the product lines preparing the impact and scenario schemes.
- Drafting contractual letters replies and notifications.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s in engineering, commercial or scientific discipline.
- Have minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales and Proposals.
- Have very good oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Have very good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be able to influence others, lead small teams and initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
