Baker Hughes has an opportunity for an excellent candidate to join its team as Global Billing and Collections Finance Leader.
As a Global Billing and Collections Finance Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the Billing and collections finance functions and finance partner to OFS CCO in receivables area
- Leading various planning cycles and forecasts for the function
- Setting up the billing and collections targets keeping in view the cash goals for the company
- Establishing a pacing rhythm for cash inflows with regions and provide regular inputs to the OFS FP&A leader, OFS CFO and OFS CCO
- Identifying and mitigate cash inflow risks and develop a set of initiatives to optimize inflows in collaboration with regions and B&C COE team members
- Connecting the initiatives to the planning process and monthly close processes with the regions
- Consolidating and centralizing data sources, identify opportunities to automate pacing and reporting
- Developing relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders in the region and OFS HQ to drive operational improvement
- Partnering with controllership/ARCC/GFC to ensure accurate and timely accounting, closing, and reporting
- Developing the KPIs* to measure the efficiency and progress for the function
- Tracking of the KPIs and providing insights and report out to OFS FP&A leader and OFS CCO
- Identifying the problems/issues and propose and implement solutions for KPIs improvement
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Cash Flow Planning and Analysis.
- Demonstrate good experience in Customer Service Management
- Be fluent in the English language
- Be a Self-starter with high motivation levels and demonstrated leadership skills.
- Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Demonstrate ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
