Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and welcoming Receptionist to join our growing company. Person should be able to handle the pressure work and problem solving attitude.
Responsibities:
You will greet clients and visitors when they arrive at the office and determine their reason for their visit.
Answering phones and emails, entering information into our database. Organizing files, and making copies.
Monitor the inventory of office supplies.
Requirements
Good Communications skills.
Good Computer knowledge.
Enthusiastic and capable to do work efficiently.
Prior experience is advantageous.
