BA Enterprises Hiring for HR Executive at Dubai Full Time

Company overview:
We, 8BA Auction House, are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in our human resources functions.

Job Responsibilities:
• Close coordination with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
• Screen applications and resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the required qualifications.
• Conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, to assess candidates’ suitability for the roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial application to offer acceptance.
• Conduct reference checks and verify candidates’ background and credentials.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and manage the onboarding process.
• Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
• Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leaves, and other related matters.
• Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management review.
• Address employees’ inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and empathetic manner.

Qualification and skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive, with a focus on talent acquisition and payroll management, Dubai / UAE experience.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data management.
