Role Purpose

Pricing Team Leader is responsible of overseeing the pricing needs of the warehouse by leading and directing the price strategy formulation and take the necessary pricing action. He / she is accountable to do analyze industry prices trends, as well as, studying the target market and their spending behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Check how many boxes/pallets pending for price (Qty, Status, Location etc.) on a daily basis and take the needed action.
• Lead and direct pricing strategy formulation and take necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters.
• Develop and update reports to track & monitor the pricing projects and associated activities on various product lines.

• Analyze the performance of all pricing officers on a monthly/ quarterly/ seasonal basis and report to their behaviours, productivities to the direct line manager.
• Check and validate prices of the products; as well as, updating and following up on any price changes.
• Update all the recalls, no barcode items (from shops and warehouses) to be accurate and precise on the system.
• Play the role of a subject matter expert for all things related to Pricing in the warehouse which will lead in increased sales and profit for the organization.
• Develop and lead the pricing process for the warehouse while ensuring compliance by controlling the exemption process.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related filed.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in pricing and warehousing environment.
• Proven work experience as team leader or supervisor.
• Strong analytical skills with accounting background.
• Highly proficient in using PC and MS office.
• Time management skills.
• Flexible to preform shifting schedule.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to dig into detail, manage complexity and drive decision making.

Location: Jebel/ Ali/ UAE

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 72 months

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
