Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Azure Cloud Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. This role requires a solid foundation in cloud technologies and a passion for enhancing virtual desktop environments.Key ResponsibilitiesEducational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferred.Enterprise Experience: Demonstrated understanding and support of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), specifically with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).Deployment Expertise: Experience in large-scale deployments, ideally with an employment base exceeding 1800 users.Virtual Desktop Management: Proven experience in managing patching and updates for virtual infrastructure at scale.Terraform Knowledge: Familiarity with Terraform is highly desirable.Technical Skills: A minimum of 2 years of experience with advanced knowledge in AVD, M365 administration, Azure administration, and Active Directory administration.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a strong technical acumen and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
