We are looking for a full-time Telecaller / Telemarketer. Duties include but are not limited to the following.
· Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a products or services
· Answering questions about products of the company
· Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
· Enter and update customer information into the database
· Take and process orders in an accurate manner
· Handle grievances calls
· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Must have:
