Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree 3 to 4 years of experience in retail industry Proficiency in MS Office and Shop/ Stock Management tools Fluency in EnglishResponsibilities:Organize and improve stockrooms processes ensuring appropriate display of items, efficiency of storage as well as proper implementation of health and safety standards.Manage and organize the shipment receiving process ensuring the readiness of the shops and items to improve customer experience.Ensure availability of products always by replenishing the stocks on regular basis.Assist the Shop Manager in managing the stock budget and ensuring their deliverables in a timely manner including store sales, store productivity, as well as stock loss and operative margin.Assist the Shop Manager in controlling shops inventory, determining stocking levels and monitors supply, as well as, material disbursements to ensure inventory accuracy.Supervise, develop, and motivate the stockroom team by making sure they understand the importance of stockroom processes and safety.Assist the Shop Manager in supervising and controlling stockrooms distribution of manpower hours by controlling the stock-keepers schedule against shipment deliveries and sales of the store* AZADEA is committed to equal employment opportunity for all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, gender, age, marital status, disability, or any other classification.* We aim to give our candidates the best experience possible.
