Document Controller
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities:
• Organize the existing file system in a professional and orderly manner and maintain them thereafter on a regular basis. Document Control & Filing [scanning, copying, filing, binding, folding, wrapping, distributing etc.
• Collection of documents and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail to the respective floors ensuring it is listed in the log book.
• Document handling, delivery and filing to ensure prompt action and maintain proper track record
• Office Management ensuring the assets, setups and all areas are well maintained, clean and functional
• Maintaining adequate par stock level of office and catering supplies, collection of general store items etc.
• Preparing and serving office refreshments for VIP and corporate visitors
• Assume an overall confidential role in dealing with employees, clients and suppliers. Other duties as needed or required and deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgement
Requirements:
• Good communication skills, honest and responsible character who could maintain confidentiality
• Proper health and hygiene to be maintained at all times while in office
• Willing to work apart from normal duty hours if required
