Job Description
MEA region is looking for a Distribution Account Manager!

Who is your future team?
You would be working in the MEA Sales team, collaborating and connecting with the distributor’s throughout MEA. You would be surrounded by a team of experts working together to deliver first-class operations for our Distributors.
What you’ll do as a Distribution Account Manager?
As a Distribution Account Manager, you have full responsibility for the distributors in the region, intending to capture the maximum growth potential in the market. The role includes:
Setting targets.
Continuously evaluating performance linked to these targets.
Ensuring that we have the best partners in the market.
The Distributor Account Manager needs to have the whole picture of the market and share information with stakeholders to align with all projects.
The role includes gathering all the information for the monthly forecast for Sales in the region or selected area and working with our ecosystems partners to create a solution inside the distribution network.
This role is international, and travel within the region and to Axis’ HQ in Sweden will be considered a natural part of the job.
Who are we looking for:
In short, we are looking for an individual that understands or can perform the following:
Business planning
Annual target setting and continuous follow up (of KPIs linked to those targets).
Gather all the information for a monthly forecast for the sales for the selected area.
Plan, implement and follow up distributors’ marketing activities together with the local marketing function.
Account Management
Account Management of the distributors in the market and act as their main point of contact daily to actively support the sales.
Manage stock levels & stock rotations, credit notes, bonuses, price list issues etc.
Train the distributor on our products; value add arguments, and processes.
Evaluate and follow up on the performance of each distributor, implement strategic plans and act accordingly.
Work with our ecosystems partners to create a solution inside the distribution network.
Teamwork
Work closely with the Sales team within your territory in supporting Axis Partners across your territory
Work closely with the marketing team to launch and manage campaigns with Distributors
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a sales-driven person with excellent communication skills. You need to be a structured and analytical team player, developing and maintaining important relationships with distributors in our market. You are a problem solver who can keep focused during challenging situations. We believe you have at least four years of experience in a similar role, managing IT or security distributors.
We’d love to hear that you have:
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
Strong IT adaptation-/usage skills
Fluent in English and Arabic is highly preferred
Experience in working with similar tasks and responsibilities
