Objective:
Manage the cash counter and customer service as per the set standard guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
Increase and maximize productivity targets through driving retail KPIs and operation basics
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and take measures to prevent issues
Follow guidelines set in the operations manual relating to customer service, store operating and back end cash office
Carry out regular training and coaching to enhance performance
Develop individual career plans and succession planning
Review staff performance in line with store and company guidelines
Maintain H&S standards
Ensure a smooth-running operation through effective shift and holiday planning
Carry out regular self-audit on department and assess feedback and prepare action plans
Oversee cash transaction entry and management
Maintain high standard of visual appearance throughout the store
