Key Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited college or university is required.Cloud Administration Experience: Eight years of cloud administration experience is necessary for this role.Technical Knowledge: Excellent technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including switches, routers, server operating systems, and hardware, storage arrays, and security applications is required.System Administration Experience: Strong system administration experience in Windows and Linux environments is necessary.Automation Experience: Experience with automation using an established framework, such as SaltStack, Puppet, Chef, or Ansible, is required.Technical Knowledge of Current Protocols: Strong technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards is necessary.Documentation and ITIL: Able to read and understand technical manuals and procedural documentation, and experience working in an ITIL-driven environment and working knowledge of ITIL principles and processes is required.Public Cloud Experience: Experience in public cloud environments, including AWS and/or Azure, is necessary.About the Role:This is a critical role for our cloud infrastructure team, requiring a highly skilled and experienced cloud administrator to manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure.Responsibilities:Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure, including cloud security, network, and storage.Cloud Administration: Administer our cloud environment, including user management, access control, and resource allocation.Automation and Orchestration: Develop and implement automation and orchestration scripts to streamline cloud infrastructure management.Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of cloud infrastructure and processes, and share knowledge with team members.
