Responsibilities:
- Analyzing all the staff shortages in the different outlets on a daily basis with the Operations Manager and Hiring Managers.
- Identifying the nature of recruitment (Replacement or New Joiner).
- Ensuring that all areas (Corporate or Operations) are covered with a necessary workforce as per the annual budget.
- Preparing job descriptions alongside line managers for required positions.
- Post Job Ads and Headhunt through various job portals.
- Coordinating with recruitment agencies to get the CVs of candidates.
- Screening, filtering, and selecting qualified candidates for interviews with Management.
- Collecting necessary documents from all candidates and checking their legal status ensuring that they are eligible to join our company.
- Following up with line managers for feedback on candidate trials as per the deadlines.
- Providing candidates with their offer letters once approved by the restaurant/hiring managers.
- Handing over all the necessary documents to proceed with employment visas for the candidates to the HR Admin and PRO and following up on a weekly basis concerning the employment visa status.
- Conducting onboarding for all new joiners before their effective joining date.
- Maintain current department & Company organizational chart for the actual workforce and keep it updated
- Responsible to open a new file for all new joiners and creating joining reports on the database
- Coordinating with the finance department concerning candidate payment (once the employee transfers under our sponsorship).
- Create and distribute new starter emails.
