Main Job Responsibilities
As our future AI Lead, your contribution to the mission would be to design and develop intelligent algorithms capable of learning, analyzing, and deciding how to react to or resolve different events. You will have the ability to create machines capable of context-specific reasoning. You will also lead the:
● Development of event and system exception decisioning models based on data extracted from user application interactions, log transactions, network data, third-party data, and other key data sources.
● Application of AI and ML techniques in developing and training fraud detection models, including the application of graph analytics
● Design and development of our future state AI architecture, including the design and implementation of data integration across data analytics infrastructures
● Documentation of hypothesis, mathematical approaches, and findings.
● Development of dashboards and reports to assess decisioning performance, quality control, and governance

● Graph database and visualization
● Experience with Spark, Hive, and the Hadoop ecosystem
● Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python
● Experience in Machine learning algorithm design and development including Tensor Flow, R, Spark, Spark Client/MLlib, Scikit-learn, MapReduce, Java
● Good understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP)
● Working independently (within broad guidelines) to design deliver business requirements
● Building Prototypes, Cloud Native Design Principles
● Excellent Conceptualization, Analytical and logical skills
Experience
● Clear communication skills that take into consideration non-technical audience
● Have at least 5+ years of recent experience in Python
● Have at least two years of demonstrable experience in all aspects of the ML lifecycle (processing, training, evaluating, deploying, serving, monitoring), specifically in the NLP domain
● Have at least 3 years of experience working with Graph technology
● Have at least 8+ years of technical experience
● Have at least 2+ years of experience with collaborative software development practices (i.e. source control, issues, milestones, code reviews, etc)
Preferences
● A sense of humor, and calm under pressure
● MSc./PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field
● Expertise in one or more of the following domains: Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Generation (NLG), Graph Algorithms, Machine Learning.
● Strong background in developing and deploying ML models (participation in Kaggle competitions is a plus)
