Job Location : Dubai
Requirements :
• Experience: 5- 6 years
Employment Type: Contractual 12 Months (Extendable)
Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Lead the company to handle all requests/workflows related to end user accesses including active directory requests, exchange requests, application accesses, e-Mirsal, internet access, oracle access and etc.
• Work with User Admin Team with scheduling and allocation of on call team members to handle all requests received after working hours.
• Lead the company to handle all requests/workflows related to revoking end user accesses.
• Lead the company to handle all related Exchange Tasks including Email quota, mail recipient limit and setting out of office messages.
• Lead the company to handle all related activities with Skype of Business.
• Handle all related activities of maintenances of OU including removal, deletion, renaming and any other activity related to the same.
• Draft and maintain User Admin related procedures for User Admin Team and ensure implementation of the same.
• Conduct regular quality checks on workflows and requests handling procedures.
• Ensure the business user expectations are met through all workflows and incidents raised again User Admin Team.
