Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Maintain track of all projects in the scope of the unit.
• Setting projects goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals.
• Maintaining projects timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports.
• Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees.
• Coordinating projects team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities.
• Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Using project management tools to track projects performance and schedule adherence.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Conducting risk assessments for projects.
