DESERT FACE TRADING LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Spare Parts Sales Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly heavy vehicle spare parts, and have a proven track record of success in sales.
As an Automotive Spare Parts Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and recommending appropriate solutions. You will also manage inventory, process orders, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice to customers on a wide range of automotive spare parts, including heavy vehicle components.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions based on their requirements.Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure adequate stock levels.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product offerings.Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and secure favorable terms.Resolve customer inquiries and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
