Communicating with CEO for strategic operations goals

Training new recruits

Supervising the complete team (sales and marketing)

Oversight of day-to-day operations

Setting goals and targets for the sales team

Overseeing the delivery of tasks through CRM

ADVERTISING AGENCY EXPERIENCE IS COMPULSORY.

SHOULD HAVE A VALID UAE DRIVERS LICENSE AND PERSONAL VEHICLE

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED6,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Advertising: 7 years (Preferred)
• Operations Manager: 5 years (Preferred)
